Please note that colors may appear differently on different screens, monitors, and devices. The actual artwork may vary slightly in color or appearance from what is shown online.
Dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.
3. Availability
All artwork is subject to availability.
Because many works are original or one-of-a-kind, an item may become unavailable. If an artwork is purchased but is no longer available, we will contact you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or cancel an order if an item was listed incorrectly.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

We do our best to package artwork carefully and securely. Once an item has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
7. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at no charge.
If you choose local pickup, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.
Artwork must be paid for before it is picked up unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
8. Damaged Shipments
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at melindaabramsart@gmail.com.
Please keep the original packaging and take photos of:
- The damaged artwork
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- Any visible damage to the box or materials
This information may be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless required by law or unless an order cannot be fulfilled.
Please review artwork details, dimensions, photos, shipping information, and pickup options carefully before placing an order.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, availability, payment processing, or product information.
